It might not be the fastest or shiniest phone around, but the $129 ZTE Grand X 3 is insanely affordable, plenty powerful, and solidly built. Like the more established Moto E, it's more than enough phone for most users. With a 720p HD display, quad-core Qualcomm processor, and 2 GB of RAM, it'll run Android Lollipop 5.1.1. The only downside? This phone is coming exclusively to Cricket in the U.S.
