Periods. Am I right?

As most of you know, menstruation isn't a topic that naturally flows (sorry!) into conversation. But periods are a natural part of life and there's no shame in that. Unfortunately, a lot of women (including me) don't understand what's going inside their own bodies.

Maybe you suffer from debilitating migraines around that time of the month. Is it stress? Is it your period? What if you're trying to conceive? Are you able to tell when you're ovulating? Well, this tracker helps eliminate the guesswork.

Ava is a wearable device that tracks your menstrual period and fertility window. As some of you may know, when you're trying to conceive, timing is everything. This gadget actually knows when your body is preparing to ovulate. That means you have time to plan and do what you need to do.

What sets this tracker apart is that it takes multiple factors into account. To get the most accurate reading, this colorful bracelet checks everything from your resting heart rate to skin temperature. After all, no two bodies are the same. Just wear the bracelet at night and sync the device up with the companion app in the morning.

I'm not sure how reliable this product is, as I haven't tried it, but most of the reviews are positive. The tracker retails for $199 and is available to order on the Ava website. It's FDA listed and you don't need a prescription to buy one. Oh, and the app works with iPhones and Android phones.
